These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of thefirsttick.com and The First Tick newsletter (collectively, the “Service”), published by GMBSTS Holdings, LLC (“we,” “us”). By accessing the Service or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The First Tick is a daily pre-market financial publication providing general market commentary and analysis. The Service is offered on the terms described here and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.

2. Informational purpose; not advice

All content is for informational and educational purposes only and is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or short any security. Your use of the Service does not create any advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, accounting, or attorney-client relationship. 3. Your responsibility for decisions

By subscribing, you consent to receive the newsletter and related subscription emails at the address you provide.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. (If a paid subscription tier is introduced, additional subscription, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms will apply and will be presented at that time.)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, except as otherwise required by law.
