The First Tick publishes daily, time-sensitive market commentary. We take accuracy seriously and aim to correct material factual errors promptly. This policy explains how we handle corrections.

1. Our commitment

When we learn of a material factual error in a published Brief — for example, an incorrect figure, date, company name, or attribution — we will review it promptly and, if confirmed, correct it.

2. How corrections are made

3. How to report an error

If you believe a Brief contains a factual error, please tell us. Email mike@thefirsttick.com (or use the corrections link at thefirsttick.com/contact) and include, if you can: the date of the Brief, the specific statement at issue, and the correct information or a source. This helps us review and respond quickly.

4. Distinction from opinion and forward-looking statements

This policy concerns factual errors. The Publication also contains opinions, analysis, and forward-looking statements that are inherently uncertain and may turn out to be wrong; differing outcomes or interpretations are not “errors” subject to correction. See the Legal & Investment Disclaimer.

5. Contact

Corrections: mike@thefirsttick.com, or thefirsttick.com/contact.
